Important Dates and Deadlines

Script Submission Opens: Monday, February 2 at 8:00 am CST
Early Deadline: Wednesday, February 18  at 11:59 pm CST
Regular Deadline: Sunday, February 22 at 11:59 pm CST
Corrections Deadline: Thursday, March 5 at 11:59 pm CST

Students must submit all scripts by February 22nd to avoid being dropped from an event and charged drop fees. You will receive a confirmation email once your script has been received and approved. Please save a copy of this confirmation email on your phone or print it out to have with you at Check-in.

Early Script Submission Prize Drawing! Each script submitted by February 18th is worth one entry into a drawing. Two winners will be chosen. 

Buffalo Stampede Competitors-Escalade is accepting Buffalo script approvals, if your script is unchanged. Please submit your approved script through StoaHub with attached approval email. We will need a copy of all scripts, not just the approval email.

Submitting Through StoaHub

  • Only family admins can submit scripts in StoaHub. Admin roles can be edited under My Family/Roles
  • Combine each speech into a single PDF file (Tip: A PDF phone scanner app works great)
  • Name the file correctly: Last Name, First Name - Event.pdf
  • Under "Actions" below, click "Choose File" to upload your script
  • Your script will be approved or returned with revision requests through the StoaHub chat
  • Please make any required updates and resubmit promptly

Note that StoaHub only allows for a script that is 10mb or smaller. If you have a script that needs to be a smaller file size, you can use Small PDF or Compress2Go to compress your PDF.
