Dates:
Script Submission OPENS: Monday, February 16, 2026
Script Submission CLOSES: Tuesday, March 17, 2026 11:59 pm PT
Below you will see which scripts are due. You will see what day and time you submitted a script, and the status of each script submitted.
Important:
Scripts must be submitted on the StoaHub account of the person who completed the registration for the tournament. This is generally the parent's account, not the student's account.
Both the student and the parent must sign the Script Submission forms; the form must have the correct tournament and the correct date.
*If your script was approved at a previous tournament, and you are not making any changes, you may submit the approval email in PDF form INSTEAD OF the combined PDF listed in step 5 below.*
How to Submit Scripts Electronically
- Read the Rules for your speech event, which can be found HERE
- Read the Script Prep Instructions and Obtain Forms here. Choose the form that applies to your category.
- Watch THIS six-minute video for help! See other helpful resources below.
- Prepare your Script Submission Form with a parent or coach. Include initials and signatures.
- Combine each speech into ONE FILE in PDF format only. Scan into a single file or use a PDF joiner such as: PDFsam which requires downloading a free application or PDF Merge which allows you to merge via the website. For large files use CompressPDF to compress your pdf file. (REMINDER: If your script was approved at a prior tournament, you may upload a PDF copy of the approval email instead of the combined script PDF.)

This same page is where you will:
- Receive confirmation of an approved script.
- See whether your script has been returned for revisions needed. Notes from the reviewer will be included with the script. You will have three opportunities to make corrections per event (initial submission + 3 corrections). If your script is returned for corrections, complete any requirements promptly and resubmit within 24 hours. If after the final resubmission, the script still needs corrections, no additional resubmissions will be allowed. The event entry will be dropped.
- Upload revised scripts in the Script Submission Revision section.
- Have the opportunity to chat with the reviewer concerning any questions you may have.
Remember to check here daily to see if revisions are needed.
